Yeah, my internet is going to be changing to Comcast High Speed Internet. I hope it will be faster than Road Runner.

Thought I'd post in here since I recently changed ISPs (from o2 to Orange), and I'm getting a much better (and much more consistent) connection now.

At best, my old ISP would give about 5Mb/s download and about .2MB/s upload. That was at best, and I rarely ever saw that. More often than not, it was like fucking dial-up. Spent more time waiting for videos to load than I actually spent watching them. Been with Orange for about a week now and I'm yet to see it drop past 7Mb/s.

Would be interesting to see everyone else's as well, since all the results posted in this old thread are about three years old.

I don't know if this is the best speed I can get or not, I've messed with my router channels a lot so I have a stronger connection which hasn't disconnected for over 2 months now.

My internet speed changed a week ago when I moved away from home. It should be 400 Mbit/s but since I share it with other students at Uni it’s about 10 Mbit/s.
