When Bender finds that he is defective because he has no backup unit making him mortal, he goes on a search for the inspector that approved him alongside Hermes. Will Bender be able to find the guy that approved him with such a defect? Or is he dead?


Hm. Interesting episode. I liked it, the ending reminded me of Leela's Homeworld, only without the Baby Love Child. It's a great insight into Hermes's past, and that he was involved in Bender's past. Though really, the fact that inspector 5 was Hermes, didn't really come as a surprise to me.
